河南省房地产业商会成立于2005年1月29日（原名河南省住宅产业商会，2008年4月更名），是经国家民政部门批准的全国房地产行业首家具有独立法人资格的省级行业商会。
本会现有房地产开发企业会员360多家，信息、资源网布全省18个省辖市。2008年商会会员企业开发面积占河南省总开发面积的六成，占郑州市的八成。是中国中部最具影响力的房地产业行业组织。
本会以“有道、有为、补位、到位”为宗旨，以“私心要小、能力要大、对会员要真诚、要多做公道实在有用的事”为做事原则，始终坚持把“创造感动，与会员一同成长；创新标准，引领开发商健康发展，引领行业健康发展”为工作目标。目前已经形成了一套科学合理的会员服务体系，可简单概括为“九帮、五类、一专、两引领”。“九帮”会员：帮维权、帮公关、帮拿地、帮融资、帮卖房、帮合作搭桥、帮企业治理、帮人才建设、帮树立品牌；“五类”服务：信息情报、决策咨询、专业顾问、资本资源、行业发展； “一专”：专注于会员成长，致力于提升会员企业核心竞争力，提高会员企业价值包括现金流价值、社会价值和品牌价值；“两引领”：引领企业和行业健康发展。
本会积极有度地发挥行业组织的社会公共职能。帮助省、市、县三级政府进行土地开发和城市建设项目招商，既解决了会员企业的土地储备问题，又帮助地方政府加快了城市建设，收到较好效果和较高评价；深入解读宏观政策，适时研讨全国房地产发展形势，忠实代表行业向政府建言献策，多次受邀参与全国、我省及地市城市建设和房地产行业政策的研究和制订，深得河南房地产业界的赞扬与社会各界的尊重和认同。2009年初，我们撰写了《关于进一步加大对房地产行业扶持力度的建议》，得到河南省委书记徐光春同志的亲自批示，并要求相关部门研究落实。最新的郑州市房产新政“十二条”中的“重点消化房地产市场存量”、“淡化90/70政策”、“建立预警预报机制”等都是来源于我们的建议。
河南省房地产业商会已真正成为政府与房地产企业之间的纽带和桥梁，被全国同行们称为“旗帜”；被河南广大开发商誉为“娘家”；被中部主流媒体视为“权威”组织。
Henan Housing Industry Association was set up on January 29th, 2005, which is a first provincial level
association with independent legal entity in real estate industry of the country approved by the national civil affairs departments.
The association has 260 members of institutions with information and resources covering 18 provincial administrated cities. The developing area of the association members in 2007 is 46.5% of the total developing area of Henan Province, 68.9% of Zhengzhou City. The six first-level development qualification enterprises in Zhengzhou are the backbone members of the association.
Meanwhile, the association studies and discusses national real estate development situation in due time, strives to safeguard rights of member enterprises, properly coordinates operation and guiding issues between member enterprises in the market, honestly represents the profession to make suggestions and propose policies to the governments, and has for many times participated into the research and drafting of urban construction and real estate industry policies at provincial level and city level, which has won praise of Henan real estate industry, and respect and recognition by all walks of the society.
Henan Provincial Real Estate Industry Merchants Association has been really become a link and bridge between governments and real estate enterprises, enterprises and media, industry and society, honored as “home" by wide real estate developers in Henan, considered as authority of the industry by the provincial capital city mainstream media and called as model example by fellows of the same trade.
